Technical Workshop on “Indian Perspective on Food Safety, Security and Standards

We are pleased to extend our joint invitation on behalf of ICAR-Central Institute of Fisheries Technology (CIFT), Society of Fisheries Technologists India (SOFTI), Food Safety and Standards Authority of India (FSSAI), and India Section of AOAC International to the Technical Workshop on “Indian Perspective on Food Safety, Security, and Standards.” This workshop is being organized to commemorate World Food Safety Day and will be held on 7th and 8th June 2023.

The workshop promises to bring together food safety thought leaders, researchers, academics, and regulatory experts from across India to share knowledge and experience and provide a platform to discuss the latest research and development in the field of food safety.
