Call for Poster Presentations: 9th AOACI India Section Annual Conference 2025

India Section of AOAC INTERNATIONAL invites you to submit an abstract for Poster Presentation at the 9th Annual Conference.

The India Section of AOAC INTERNATIONAL invites scientific poster presentations for its 9th Annual Conference. This year’s theme, “Analytical Excellence for Food Safety and Public Health: From Innovation to Implementation,” highlights the critical role of analytical science in ensuring food safety and protecting public health.

Researchers, academicians, and industry professionals are encouraged to present innovative work related to analytical testing, regulatory validation, and technological advancements in the food safety ecosystem.

Three best posters will be awarded, and the authors will be felicitated during the valedictory session.

Poster Abstract Submission Guidelines

• At least one of the poster authors must pre-register for the Annual Conference.

• Abstracts must be submitted/uploaded through the link available at Submit a Poster or email at info@aoac-india.org

• Only complete abstracts with all required information will be considered for review.

• The final submission deadline is 15th November 2025.

General Instructions for Abstract Preparation

• Use text only; do not include graphs, charts, diagrams, tables, or boxes.

• Do not include references, credits, or grant support.

• Ensure correct grammar, punctuation, and formatting.

• Abstracts on commercial products must focus on scientific relevance, not promotion.

• Character limit: 1500 characters (including spaces).

• Format: Word document, Arial 12 pt, single spacing.

• Final poster listings and presentation details: 17th November 2025.

Poster Preparation and Presentation Guidelines

• Display boards: 3 feet (vertical) × 4 feet (horizontal). Push pins will be provided on-site.

• Posters should be concise and visually engaging, designed to encourage discussion.

• Each poster must include the title of the presentation.

• Use large, legible text that can be read from a distance of 3 feet or more.

• Incorporate photographs, illustrations, and graphics for clarity and visibility.
